Information on recreational fishing access and the current rules applicable to the aquaculture facility.
Current status
Prior authorisation required
Fishing is not permitted without prior authorisation.
Recreational fishing is permitted only after explicit prior confirmation from the operator for the specific visit.
Holding a valid Bulgarian recreational fishing permit does not, by itself, constitute authorisation to fish at this aquaculture facility.
How it works
Enquiry, confirmation, visit.
- Send an enquiry in advance.
- Receive explicit confirmation for the specific visit.
- Visit and fish only after confirmation and in accordance with any conditions provided by the operator.
Important: If you have not received explicit confirmation, please assume that fishing is not permitted.
Why
Why a special fishing regime applies.
Reselets Reservoir is operated as an aquaculture facility. The special regime allows fishing visits to be coordinated with the ongoing management of the facility, fish stocks, maintenance activities, monitoring and protection of the natural environment.
